There are a variety of support services offered for students and their families at ASB.

Our school counselor provides many services to students, families, and staff including individual and group support, teaching a positive social skills curriculum, responsive services, and administrative support. Click on the counseling link to learn more.

Our school reading support teacher works with students in need of extra support for learning to read and supports teachers in meeting the needs of all students, among other responsibilities. Click on the reading specialist link to learn more.

Both the counselor and reading support teacher work with teachers through the Student Support Team. The Student Support Team helps to monitor students having difficulty with academic, social, or behavioral areas of school. When a student is identified or referred to the team as having some difficulties in reaching his or her best potential, the team meets with teachers and families.
