The purpose of first grade homework is providing parents with an insight into their student’s day.  First graders have homework 4 days a week. Homework may include math, writing, or telling about the events of the day.  There may even be days when your first grader does a little bit of everything.  Don’t forget daily reading!  It is always a part of first grade homework!
